Order Dispatch

For orders within Canada and the US, if the dispatch dates for items in your order are spread out over more than 7 days, we may ship your items separately.

Shipping Fees

We calculate shipping costs based on your order's subtotal before taxes and any discounts. These fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the US may incur additional customs duties and service fees. MACRAVE is not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Unfortunately, MACRAVE cannot refund these charges.

In-Stock Items: These pieces are eagerly waiting in our facilities to find their way to you. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Later: Some treasures are worth the wait. For items not immediately available, we assure you they're on their way to our facilities. You can still claim these items by purchasing them now; they will be shipped as soon as they arrive. The estimated shipping date for these items is noted on the product page and at checkout for your convenience.
